การถนอมน้ำใจ
....... บางครั้ง คุณอาจจะคิด ถึงแต่ตัวเอง จนทำให้ลืม ใครหลายๆ คนที่เขาแคร์คุณและสำคัญกับคุณ บางครั้ง คุณก็ใส่อารมณ์กับเขา ด้วยความเชื่อที่ว่า สามารถปรับความเข้าใจกันได้ตลอด พอดีมีเมลมาฉบับหนึ่ง มีเนื้อหาบางอย่างที่ดีมากๆ เลยจะขอนำมาเล่าให้หลายๆ คนใด้ฟังนะครับ

....... เรื่องมันก็ไม่มีอะไรมากหรอกครับ แค่เรื่องของค้อนกับตะปู แล้วก็รั้่วบ้าน แค่นั้นเอง เรื่องมีอยู่ว่า บ้านหลังหนึ่ง มีลูกชายที่เจ้าอารมณ์มากๆ วันหนึ่ง พ่อของเขาจึงซื้อตะปูกับค้อนมาให้กับลูกชาย แล้วบอกกับลูกชายว่า ต่อไปนี้ลูกต้องรู้จักการระงับอารมณ์ตัวเอง หากโมโห หรือโกรธใคร ให้อดทนไว้ แล้วใช้นำตะปูที่ไปตอกที่รั้วบ้านแทน ประมาณว่า เป็นการระบายอารมณ์ วันแรก ลูกชายของเขา ตอกตะปูไปถึง 30 ตัว แล้วก็ค่อยๆ ลดลงเรื่อยๆ จนวันหนึ่ง เขาก็บอกกับพ่อเขาว่า่ เขาสามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ได้แล้ว พ่อเขาแสดงความยินดี พร้อมทังบอกว่า ถ้ายังนั้นต่อไปนี้ ทุกครั้งที่สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ตัวเองได้ ก็ให้ไปถอนตะปูออกจากรั้วบ้าน 1 ตัว ในทุกๆ ครั้งที่เขาสามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ตัวเองได้ เขาก็ไปถอนตะปูออกจากรั้วบ้าน 1 ตัว จนวันหนึ่ง เขาก็บอกกับพ่อเขาว่า สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ตัวเองได้แล้วจริงๆ เขาถอนตะปูออกจากรั้วบ้านหมดแล้ว ผู้เป็นพ่อ ทำสีหน้านิ่งๆ เหมือนไม่พอใจ แล้วพาลูกชายไปดูที่รั้วบ้าน ให้ดูรอยที่ถูกตะปูตอกเข้าไป แล้วบอกกับลูกว่า ถึงแม้ว่าจะถอนมันออกมาแล้ว แต่รอยนั้นก็ยังคงอยู่ ไม่สามารถลบมันออกไปได้ มิตรภาพก็เช่นกัน ฉันใดฉันนั้น หากเราวู่วาม ใ้ช้อารมณ์ไปแล้ว ถึงแม้จะกล่าวคำว่าขอโทษ แต่บาดแผลในใจนั้นก็ยังคงอยู่ ดังนั้น ก่อนที่เราจะทำอะไร ก่อนที่จะใช้อารมณ์ ก็ขอให้พิจารณากันให้ดีด้วย

Exchange program at Philippines : Dec 3, 2008

If I ask about Thailand to Filipino people, how much they know about Thailand? In the same way I ask Thai people about Philippines; even though both countries were located in the same part of the world (South East Asia), but why we know each other just few? In contrast if I ask them, how much they know about USA or UK? A lot of information will outcome from the answer. I doubt that we both had the same Asian character, similarly life style and activities together such as Sea Games every 2 year.
Before I went to the Philippines, I also know few about this place but after I arrived and viewed to the people, environment, culture and etc. My plan to working or dealing in the big country was changed; I’d like to get to know more about Asia. I think there are many things in the world to challenge but we can’t get through well to the long way if we don’t know what we are in the near way.
